CRM Sales Executive
The Opportunity
Join our sales team as a CRM Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in helping businesses transform their customer relationships. You'll work directly with mid-market companies to introduce them to our intuitive CRM platform, guide them through their buying journey, and set them up for success from day one.
What You'll Do
- Lead Generation & Sales Development – Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their CRM challenges, pain points, and business objectives
- Product Demonstrations & Sales Pitch – Deliver customized product demos that directly address prospect needs and showcase clear ROI
- Deal Closure & Negotiation – Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing
- Customer Handoff & Implementation Support – Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Pipeline & Reporting Excellence – Maintain accurate sales records and provide forecasts to leadership
- Market Insights & Feedback Loop – Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback during sales conversations
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales conversations simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to develop expertise in CRM systems and business processes
