For teams running Facebook ads

Call back the people who fill in your Facebook ad forms, while they still remember you.

Getlead is a CRM for Facebook leads: software that collects the enquiries from your Facebook and Instagram ad forms and gives each one to a salesperson to follow up. When someone fills in your ad form, Getlead saves them as an enquiry, marked as coming from Facebook ads (Meta ads), gives it to a salesperson, and sets a time to call. No downloading spreadsheets from Facebook.

At a glance

What is a CRM for Facebook leads?

A CRM for Facebook leads is software that takes the enquiries people send through your Facebook ad forms and makes sure someone follows up on each one. (CRM stands for customer relationship management: software that keeps track of the people you sell to.) Facebook calls ads with a form "Lead Ads"; Meta is the company that owns Facebook and Instagram. In Getlead, each form becomes an enquiry with the person's details, marked as coming from Facebook ads. It is given to a salesperson with a follow-up time, and it sits in the same list as enquiries from your website, WhatsApp and phone calls. It is included in every plan from $9 per user per month.

Step by step

What happens when someone fills in your ad form

1

Person fills in the form

A person taps your ad on Facebook or Instagram and fills in the form.

2

Enquiry is saved

Getlead saves the form as an enquiry, marked as coming from Facebook ads. Nobody types anything in.

3

Salesperson is assigned

The enquiry is given to a salesperson using your rules, with a time by which to call.

4

Salesperson calls

The salesperson calls, from a computer or from the Android or iOS app, and logs what happened.

5

Late calls are flagged

If the call is not made on time, it shows as late to the salesperson and their manager.

What you get

Three things your team gets

Capture

Ad enquiries without the spreadsheet

Connect Facebook Lead Ads once, from the Integrations page in Getlead. From then on, each new form arrives in Getlead as an enquiry. Nobody has to download the leads file from Facebook and upload it again, so no form waits a day to be seen.

  • Facebook Lead Ads connected once
  • Each new enquiry marked as coming from Facebook ads
  • Visible to the team on the web and in the Android and iOS apps

Assignment

A named person calls each one back

Each ad enquiry is given to a salesperson by rules you set: by area, by where it came from, or in turn. It arrives with a follow-up reminder and a due time. The salesperson is reminded before the time, and the manager sees it if it slips.

  • Automatic assignment, by rules you set
  • A follow-up reminder with a due time on each enquiry
  • Reminders before the due time, and late follow-ups shown to the manager

Reporting

See what your ad money turned into

Each enquiry keeps its source from the form to the sale. One report shows how many enquiries came from your Facebook ads next to your website, WhatsApp and phone calls. Another shows how many became sales. You can also set Getlead to tell Facebook which enquiries turned out well, so Facebook can show your ads to more people like them.

  • Enquiries by source: Facebook ads next to your other channels
  • Enquiries turned into sales, by period
  • Facebook told which enquiries turned out well, if you choose

Who it fits

Who is this for?

Businesses that pay for Facebook or Instagram ads with a form, and then phone the people who fill it in: car dealerships, clinics, colleges and study-abroad consultancies, retailers, and loan and insurance sellers. If someone on your team downloads the leads file from Facebook every morning, this is the part Getlead replaces.

It is probably not for you if your Facebook ads send people to an online shop and nobody on your team calls them.

FAQ

Facebook leads, answered plainly

How does Getlead collect Facebook leads?

Through the Facebook Lead Ads connection. You connect it once from the Integrations page in Getlead. After that, each form someone fills in on your Facebook or Instagram ad arrives in Getlead as an enquiry, marked as coming from Facebook ads.

Do I still need to download the leads file from Facebook?

No. Once Lead Ads is connected, new forms arrive in Getlead on their own, so nobody downloads and uploads the file by hand.

Are Facebook leads given to a salesperson automatically?

Yes. By the same rules as every other enquiry: by area, by where it came from, or in turn. You set the rules once.

What if nobody calls a Facebook lead in time?

Each follow-up has an owner and a due time. The owner is reminded before it is due. If it slips, it is marked late and the manager can see it.

Can I see how many Facebook leads became customers?

Yes. One report shows enquiries from your Facebook ads next to your other sources, and another shows how many enquiries became sales.

Can salespeople work Facebook leads from a phone?

Yes. The Android and iOS apps are included in every plan. A salesperson can open an enquiry, call with one tap, and log what happened from the phone.

How much does it cost to manage Facebook leads in Getlead?

It is included in every plan, with no extra fee for the Facebook connection: $9 per user per month billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly. Your Facebook ad spend is separate. The 7-day trial needs no credit card.
