This section covers two related things: the day-to-day follow-up work your team does one lead at a time, and the coordinated outreach that reaches many leads at once. Tasks keep individual follow-ups organised — the Tasks & calls guide covers Call Tasks, General Tasks and Deal Tasks, and how to create, assign and complete each with a logged outcome. Campaigns scale that same follow-up across a whole list of leads: Create a campaign covers setting one up and choosing how leads inside it get worked, Add leads to a campaign covers building that list — filtering leads in the Leads section, selecting them, and enrolling them in bulk — and Managing campaigns covers tracking a live campaign's progress, pausing it, and reading its results once it's done. Together they answer both "what do I need to do next on this one lead" and "how do I run outreach across hundreds of them without losing track," which is why the two live in one section rather than two.
