FAQ
Product updates, answered plainly
Do new features cost extra?
No. Every feature is included in every plan, so improvements reach all accounts at the same price — ₹599 per user per month billed yearly, or ₹899 billed monthly. There is no tier to upgrade to for the newest release.
Do I have to install updates?
No. Getlead is delivered over the web, so web updates are live when you next open the app. The Android and iOS apps update through Google Play and the App Store like any other app.
Will an update change how my team works?
Your pipelines, stages, custom fields and assignment rules stay as you configured them. Updates add capability around your setup rather than resetting it.
How do I hear about new releases?
Subscribe on this page and release notes reach you directly. Anything significant is also covered by the support team, who are reachable by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Can I ask for a feature?
Yes. The people who answer support calls work on the product, so a request made by phone, WhatsApp or email reaches the team that decides what gets built next.
Do updates apply to the mobile apps too?
Yes. Android and iOS are part of the same product and the same licence, so the mobile apps track the same roadmap rather than lagging behind a web-only release.
Where can I see what Getlead does today?
The features page lists every module in the product as it stands — lead management, deals and pipeline, tasks, campaigns, call management, integrations, analytics, attendance and mobile apps. All of it is in every plan.
