How can we help?

Ask Claude questions such as:

• “How many leads came in this week, and from where?”
• “Which leads have no follow-up set?”
• “Who on the team has been most active today?”
• “How many leads are in each status right now?”
• “Which lead source brought the most leads this month?”
• “How many deals are open, and what is their total value?”
• “Find the lead with phone number 98XXXXXXXX.”

Claude answers with the number, the breakdown and, where relevant, the names. The answer reflects your Getlead data at the moment you ask.

Claude plans are based on the type of business. Each user who wants to ask Claude questions needs their own connection; Claude only sees what that user can see in Getlead.

• A Getlead account with an active login.
• A Claude account (claude.ai) on a plan that supports connectors.
• Setup assistance from the Getlead team (see below).

The connection is currently set up with help from our team.

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with the subject “Connect Claude”.
2. Set up an admin account.
3. In Claude, start a new chat and ask: “How many leads came in this week?” If you get an answer with your real numbers, you are connected.

Setup typically takes 1 hour. Our team will provide training for admin and staff.

• Add a time frame: “this week”, “today”, “last month”.
• Name the thing you want counted: leads, deals, tasks, follow-ups.
• Ask one question at a time. Follow up with “break that down by source” or “only show the ones assigned to Priya”.
• If Claude asks which business you mean, you have access to more than one Getlead business. Name it once and Claude will remember for that chat.

Remove the Getlead connector from your Claude settings, or message our team and we will revoke access from the Getlead side.
