Sales Flows

The Flows list shows each call script and whether it's Active. Start a new one with + New Flow.

A flow is a tree of questions. The Start question has a type (e.g. Yes / No), the exact wording your agent reads, optional help text, and Branches that lead to follow-up questions based on the answer. Add more with + Add question. The Summary panel tracks your root question and question count — Save changes (or Set as default) applies instantly to active flows.

Every time an agent runs a flow on a call, the run and the answers they captured are saved here as a snapshot — so you can review exactly what was asked and answered.
